We’ll start with a full protection ritual — grounding, white light, calling in your guides, and setting a clear intention — so you’re fully supported before you ever leave. From there, we dive into how the astral realm works, how to get there, and how to navigate it with confidence.
You’ll even attempt your first projection right here in class. No experience necessary. Just an open mind and a willingness to expand.
