About the Event
Join Lauren and Theresa for a grounding and soulful daytime Full Moon ritual where movement meets magic.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to open the body and clear space, followed by guided journaling to help set intentions and release what no longer serves.
You'll then receive insight through a talk on the moon’s emotional influence and a live intuitive card reading by a Moments with Theresa.
