From grinding the ink and choosing your brush and paper to making your Ensō, each part of the process becomes an opportunity to quiet the thinking mind and connect with your own creative energy.

There is no artistic experience needed and no “right” way for your Ensō to look. Each circle is a unique expression of your state of being in that particular moment—sometimes quiet, sometimes powerful, sometimes unexpected.
