About the Event
Release is a 45-minute guided movement and meditation experience designed to help you let go of stress, reconnect with your body, and release built-up tension through music, breath, and free movement.
No dance experience needed & nochoreography, no pressure, no judgment. Just a chance to learn to get weird, let go, move freely, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter. Guided by an instructor with over 20 years of experience creating supportive spaces for movement, expression, and connection.
CIRCL Mobility to follow Release! CIRCL Mobility is a grounding blend of breathwork, flexibility, and restorative movement. Please bring a mat. No mat, no problem! Awakened Lakeshore has extra!
