About the Event
Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery through the power of your own breath with RESET Breathwork, being guided by Jenn (a Certified Reset Breathwork Facilitator), followed by healing vibrations of the crystal quartz sound bowls with Tammie from Meridian Wellness. Our mission is to allow you to discover what is possible and be able to find inner peace and trust your intuition.
The Experience of Reset Breath
You will be guided through RESET Breathwork by Jenn from Intentionalaction.co, who will encourage you to push past your limiting beliefs by engaging the subconscious to discover what is underneath the surface & begging to be released. It is approximately 22-25 minutes of breath that incorporates a 3-part breath pattern, a curated playlist and affirmations. The purpose of this method is to get into your sympathetic nervous system “fight or flight”, breathe through what comes up for you…
