About the Event
Hosted by Megan Forsythe, a licensed psychotherapist and Reiki Master, this workshop will build off the intro class in April, but you need not have attended to participate! We will be expanding on basic concepts of shadow work through more intentional group discussion, writing and working with shadow parts and our inner child in guided meditation.
